The AFCM 730 League will run on the same rules as FSCL but if you have forgot those rules here they are again.

Format and Match Making

1.1 AFCM 730 League is a 7-a-side PMC league with 2 legs (match and rematch for each team).

1.2 All matches have to be played in 730 PMC mode.

1.3 All matches have to be played within the deadline shown in the fixture listing, the teams are responsible for setting up the exact date and time with their opponent theirselfs.

1.4 If two teams are unable to play a match within the deadline, an extension can be given by the league administration depending on the effort shown by both teams to meet the deadline.

1.5 If a team failed to field an 7s squad on the arranged fixture or was unable to make a fixture, their opponents get a 3-0 autowin. Teams should provide as much evidence in the form of chat logs, screenshots etc. as they can to prove that they had enough players and tried their best to contact opponents.

1.6 If none of both teams showed enough effort to play a match within the deadline, the match is void and no team receives points.

1.7 If one team is unable to meet a deadline multiple times, all players that were in the squad at the start of the event will be excluded from this and the next AFCM 730 competition.

1.8 Match times have to be scheduled in GMT or BST, respectively.

1.9 All Match times have to be posted and confirmed by the teams in the respective match comments.

Match rules

2.1 Use of all known and yet unknown exploits is strictly forbidden and will result in a 3-0 autowin for the opponent, along with further punishment adequate to the gravity of the violation.

2.2 In specific the following things are considered as exploit:
-Staying at opponent half at kickoff

2.3 If one team looses a player at match start, the match has to be restarted.

2.4 If a team looses one or more players during the match, the opponent team is not obliged to restart the match or fairplay. A match restart is yet possible if substitution is impossible and both teams agree to restart the match before the halftime. In case of conflict this has to be proven by screenshots and/or chat logs. The previous result carries over and has to be recorder per screenshot.

2.5 The match result has to be submitted by the winning team or (in case of a draw) by the home team within 12 hours after the match on the league homepage. It has to be confirmed by the opponent within 24 hours. If it isnt confirmed and no conflict is raised within 12 hours, the match result gets confirmed automatically.

2.6 Conflicts about the match result have to be brought forward to the league administration as soon as possible.

2.7 Standing on the goalline next to the goal to gain an advantage in getting the rebound is not allowed during a penalty.

Ranking

3.1 A win results in 3 points for the winning team and 0 points for the loosing team. On a draw both teams receive 1 point.

3.2 The winner of the league is the team with the most points at the end of the last match week.

3.3 If two or more teams are tied in points, the team with the better goal ratio from the direct matches between those teams wins.

3.4 If the direct match goal ratio is also tied, the team with more scored goals in the direct matches wins.

3.5 If still no team is ahead, the goal ratio from all matches decides the winner or respective the scored goals from all matches.

3.6 In the unlikely case that still no winner could be decided that way, the team that played the last week match earlier wins, if the tied teams played against each other, the home team wins.

Promotions, Relegations & Rewards

4.1 The first-placed team of each division is promoted to the next higher division at the end of the season (if we decide to make another season).

4.2 The last-placed team of each division is relegated to the next lower division at the end of the season. (if we decide to make another season).

4.3 The penultimate team of each division plays two deciding matches (relegation matches) against the second placed team of the next lower division. The winner of the matches is promoted to (or stays in) the higher division, the looser is relegated to (or stays in) the lower division.

4.4 The 2 first-placed teams of each division are rewarded with an FSB prize:

4.5 If a team leaves the league, one team less is relegated in the respective division. If no team was going to be relegated, one more team is promoted from each of the lower divisions.

4.6 A team can replace a dropped out team in the running season, if this is decided through a vote by the AFCM 730 League teams playing in the affected division. A replacement is only possible in the first half of the season. The replacement team has to replay all previous fixtures of the replaced team, the previous results are void.
